Valentine's Dinner at The Princess (February 14): The Princess will offer Valentine's Day dining at both La Hacienda and Bourbon Steak. Head to La Hacienda for specialty margaritas and a three-course prefix menu or Bourbon Steak for an enhanced three-course dinner featuring classic offerings alongside seasonally influenced dishes including Pastrami Ravioli, American Wagyu Beef and Honey-Lavender Mousse.
Valentine's Dinner at Weft & Warp (February 14): Weft & Warp, an innovative art bar, will offer an immersive four-course culinary experience to be shared with a loved one for Valentine's Day. Chefs will utilize ingredients grown on our 23 acres to create worldly cuisine with a distinctly local feel.
