Executive Chef Gregory James' seasonal menus are always a treat! As a summer special, the kitchen will feature a unique Wagyu Smash Burger every day for $19, along with $6 draft beers.
They will also offer a summer prix fixe menu. This three-course meal will include your choice of
- First Course: Roasted Baby Beets, Gathered Greens, or Chilled Corn Veloute
- Second Course: Dave’s Two Wash Ranch Chicken Confit, Organic Osland Ocean Trout, or Wagyu Beef Short Rib
- Third Course: Ice Cream Sandwich, Strawberry Angel Food Cake, or Cotton Candy Martini
These deals will run June 18 through September 15, 2024.

Chef Cory Oppold and the rest of the culinary team at COURSE have planned a summer menu that will take you on a journey through the senses. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, guests can enjoy a fantastic five-course menu. For an even richer experience, guests can come by on Fridays and Saturdays for a 10-course tasting menu. Check it out between June 7 and August 31, 2024! Reservations are encouraged.
